Enjoy our Door County-inspired take on the classic American bar & grill menu. All menu items are available for dine-in or take-out only.

Below is our introductory menu. New items will be added throughout the summer.

Humble Beginnings (Appetizers)

Lobstercargot – Luscious chunks of Key West lobster in ramekin with spinach leaves and garlic butter. Served with toasted dipping bread. “Thank you, Murph!”

Charcuterie Plate – An assortment of cured meats accompanied by award-winning, locally produced Wisconsin cheeses, dried fruit, fig jam, with house toast points. – $13

Cherry Pecan Cheese Roll – Mild blue-veined cheese with dried cherries, pecans, and served with Door County Bakery Stix. – $11

Smoked Whitefish – Henriksen Fisheries smoked whitefish filet, served with white wine mustard drizzle, capers, and assorted crisps.

Tomato Cheese Bread – Baked French baguette topped with fresh Roma tomato, baby mozzarella, fresh basil, & seasonal Italian extra virgin olive oil. – $10

Nashville Hot Cauliflower– Fried florets of cauliflower, spiced nashville hot and served with sides of ranch and spicy aioli.

Salads & Vegetarian Fare

Grilled Caesar – House Caesar dressing over grilled romaine with shaved parmesan, sundried tomato, croutons, and anchovies upon request. *Also available with grilled chicken breast, whitefish, or mahi mahi*

Lake Michigan Salad – Locally produced greens with aroma tomato, sliced apple, dried cherries, candied walnuts, and Renard’s blue cheese crumbles. Served with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and balsamic vinegar reduction. *Also available with grilled chicken breast, whitefish, or mahi mahi*

Adult Grilled Cheese – Fig jam, caramelized red peppers and onion, and american cheese grilled on Italian sourdough bread

Grilled Brushetta – Roma tomato, baby mozzerella and house pesto grilled on Italian sourdough bread.

Vegetarian Tacos – Nashville hot califlower on flour tortillas, with spicy slaw, avacado, tomato, street corn and cotija cheese.


All sandwiches are served with choice of fries or house slaw & bread and butter pickle chips. Substitute onion rings for an additional $4. Add Bacon jam for $4.

*Gluten-free bun options exist for all sandwiches.

Available toppings: Cheese (American, sharp cheddar, baby mozzarella, bleu cheese crumbles). Sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions, red pepper are available for an additional $1.50.

Dovetail Burger – Two quarter pound patties of Marchants beef, sandwiched with American cheese, onion rings and house made bacon jam. ” Messy but worth it”

The Basic Cheeseburger – 1/3 pound of Marchants beef on toasted ciabatta roll, served with lettuce, roma tomato, red onion and bread and butter pickle chips. Choice of American, cheddar, baby mozzarella or blue cheese.

Eric’s Big Bucks Burger – One of our good friends Eric is a lover of good food and wine, so this is any burger, topped any way you like it, served with a bottle of Nickle and Nickle Cabernet. “Salute!” – $150

Door County Turkey – Smoked turkey breast, brie and Seaquist Orchards cherry compote grilled on Italian sourdough bread.- $15

Eric’s “Horne @” Chicken – Free range chicken breast, grilled or fried, with a choice of toppings & house aioli. In honor of our other friend Eric, who orders chicken sandwiches whenever we go out. – $13

Door County Whitefish or Mahi Mahi – Locally caught whitefish filet OR sustainably harvested Mahi, with lettuce & tomato. Brushed with key lime-dill butter, capers, and house aioli. – $15

Fish Tacos – Seasoned Mahi or Whitefish on flour tortillas, spicy slaw, diced tomato, street corn, avocado and cilantro. Served with Key lime aioli and fresh limes.

Friday Fish Fry

Friday Walleye Fry – Fried filets of Canadian walleye pike served with fries, house slaw, rye bread,  tartar and lemon.

Children’s Menu

(Ages 10 & Under) All children’s menu items are served with fries or slaw. Adult portions are available for additional cost.

Grilled Cheese – Just the way kids like it. American cheese on white bread.

Chicken Tenders – Free range, white meat tenders, breaded and fried. With ranch dip.

Kids Burger – A smaller burger, with or without cheese.

Finishing Touches (Desserts)

Bread Pudding – Cinnamon custard bread pudding with warm caramel sauce.

Creme Brulee – Classic offering with whipped cream and berries

Chocolate Cobbler – Spongy chocolate cake covers a warm, fudgy custard bottom. Whipped cream of course.
