Humble Beginnings (Appetizers)
Charcuterie Plate - An assortment of cured meats accompanied by award-winning, locally produced Wisconsin cheeses, dried fruit, fig jam, with house toast points. - $15
Smoked Whitefish - Henriksen Fisheries smoked whitefish filet, served with white wine mustard drizzle, capers, and assorted crisps. - $15
Tomato Cheese Bread - Baked French baguette topped with fresh Roma tomato, baby mozzarella, fresh basil, & seasonal Italian extra virgin olive oil. - $15
Nashville Hot Cauliflower- Fried florets of cauliflower, spiced nashville hot and served with sides of ranch and spicy aioli. - $14
Salads & Vegetarian Fare
Grilled Caesar - House Caesar dressing over grilled romaine with shaved parmesan, sundried tomato, croutons, and anchovies upon request. *Also available with grilled chicken breast, whitefish, or mahi mahi* - $15 +$7 for chicken
Lake Michigan Salad - Fresh mixed greens produced with a roma tomato, sliced apple, dried cherries, candied walnuts, and Renard’s blue cheese crumbles. Served with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and balsamic vinegar reduction. *Also available with grilled chicken breast, whitefish, or mahi mahi* - $15
Adult Grilled Cheese - Fig jam, caramelized red peppers and onion, and american cheese grilled on Italian sourdough bread - $15
Grilled Brushetta - Roma tomato, baby mozzerella and house pesto grilled on Italian sourdough bread. - $15
Vegetarian Tacos - Portabella mushroom, street corn, roasted pepper, mildly spicy slaw, tomato and avocado wrapped in flour tortillas with cotija cheese and garlic aioli. - $17
Sandwiches
All sandwiches are served with choice of fries or house slaw & bread and butter pickle chips. Substitute onion rings for an additional $4. Add Bacon jam for $4.
*Gluten-free bun options exist for all sandwiches.
Available toppings: Cheese (American, sharp cheddar, baby mozzarella, bleu cheese crumbles). Sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions, red pepper are available for an additional $1.50.
Dovetail Burger - Two quarter pound patties of Marchants beef, sandwiched with American cheese, onion rings and house made bacon jam. " Messy but worth it" - $19.50
The Basic Cheeseburger - 1/3 pound of Marchants beef on toasted ciabatta roll, served with lettuce, roma tomato, red onion and bread and butter pickle chips. Choice of American, cheddar, baby mozzarella or blue cheese. - $15
Eric's Big Bucks Burger - It's all about the wine! One of our good friends Eric is a lover of good food and wine, so this is any burger, topped any way you like it, served with a bottle of Nickle and Nickle Cabernet. "Salute!" - $150
Door County Turkey - Smoked turkey breast, brie and Seaquist Orchards cherry compote grilled on Italian sourdough bread.- $17
Eric's "Horne @" Chicken - Free range chicken breast, grilled or fried, with a choice of toppings & house aioli. In honor of our other friend Eric, who orders chicken sandwiches whenever we go out. - $16
Door County Whitefish or Mahi Mahi - Locally caught whitefish filet OR sustainably harvested Mahi, with lettuce & tomato. Brushed with key lime-dill butter, capers, and house aioli. - $17
Fish Tacos - Seasoned Mahi or Whitefish on flour tortillas, spicy slaw, diced tomato, street corn, avocado and cilantro. Served with Key lime aioli and fresh limes. - $19.50

Thursday Sliders - Two sliders featuring Marchant's beef on toasted rolls. Topped with American cheese and our homemade bacon jam. Served with seasoned french fries and homemade slaw. - $16
Friday Walleye Fry - Fried filets of Canadian walleye pike served with fries, house slaw, rye bread, tartar and lemon. - $23

(Ages 11 & Under) All children's menu items are served with fries or slaw. Adult portions are available for $12.
